and just wanted to see you know how do you respond to this and I don't know if there's a silver bullet

I don't know if there's a one right way it depends you know a

friend who posted something like this you may respond to them differently than

another friend who posted it but I want to at least give you some general things to think about and not all of you are going to find this episode interesting.
