Brunt, I'm really excited to have this conversation today because I think a lot of people are asking the same question

I think a lot of people in this position they're trying to figure out

Do I buy a house if I need to buy a house is now the right time to buy a house?

Do I wait if I wait am I going to regret that decision?

And how do I know what's going on right now with the housing market?

Well, I hate how you could it is so easy to get both sides of discussion where people have very strong opinions

that if I'm in the decision matrix I'm trying to figure out should I buy a house?
