Feinstein triggered it. He triggered something calling this a bluff from Ted.

I mean ultimately he's going to get another three to five hundred million dollars from DC.

I mean that's obviously been something to consider but I never strongly

considered it as a bluff. Yeah the way I thought about it was the only way it

doesn't happen is if there these hurdles that you speak of.

You know the general assembly or whoever votes on this blocks it and it just disappears that way.

But I always thought to myself, all right, if he really wants to do this,

and Virginia is committed so much money because the Amazon thing kind of backfired and he wants to

state of the art facility right there on the river river I just figured he wanted to do it and if he really wanted to take his team to Virginia

he was going to do it.

Yeah but it's like I guess it's win-win for him right so if the the Red Siege is parts for him, right? So if the Red Sea just parts for him, right? And everything falls his way.

And the City Council and the Governor and everything behind it, and there's just no, and

it's just clear

sailing well he's gonna be great he's gonna have this unbelievable thing but if

there are hurdles in DC comes up on their offer and it's win-win.

Then he goes, okay, you know what, it's just going to be to take too long.

He can always say, hey, we're struggling to get it passed.

They can't get it through as much as I love Young.

We just can't, it's not going to work and so it's like

win-win for him yeah and I think if he got like I have a different opinion than you on this you

you might be right what I know but that if he ends up staying in

DC I think more people will be happy that he stays in DC then will be pissed
