0:04.1	And the topic of today's newsletter is going to be issues and the no contact rule on me.
0:08.9	So I've got an email here from a guy.
0:10.7	He said he was with his girlfriend for about a year and a half.
0:14.8	And then he had two close family members pass away and one of his best friends died.
0:20.1	And so he says he went through a
0:22.3	very difficult period where he was depressed, obviously feeling sad. And then he says his girlfriend
0:28.5	got into feminism and started reading feminist nonsense. And she says, you got to talk about
0:35.3	your feelings. It's toxic masculinity to hold it all in.
0:39.0	So he says he basically became soft and complied with what she said to do. And it basically started
0:47.3	a series of events, which will obviously go through when we go through his email that led to their
0:52.4	breakup. But now six months later,
0:54.5	he hooked up, I guess, with a mutual friend and then she unfollowed him from social media. And so
0:59.5	now he's wondering, is she using a no contact rule on me? Because he still seems like he's wondering
1:05.2	if he's going to get a chance to get her back. And so it goes to show how much displaying unattractive behavior being soft acting like
1:15.1	a woman turns a feminine woman off, even though feminism and you hear a lot of this in
1:20.7	the media about, oh, guys should talk about their feelings with their girlfriends and
1:23.6	basically act like a chick.
1:25.3	It's totally great.
1:26.9	And so here you can see an example of this guy did that, and it didn't end well for him.
