For the season, we have been addressing the deadly sins. And today we're going to talk about

the queen of all the sins, the fountain head of all the fountain's heads, the capital of all the

capitals, pride. That's it. And we are once again joined with the resident theologian here at the Ask Father Josh show, Dr. Brian Pedraza.

My father, my brother, always a pleasure to be with you, man, and do some kingdom work together.

It is always a gift, yes.

So today, Brother, we're going to be talking about vice of pride.

And I'm going to give a brief definition of pride. So pride is a disordered.

There we go again. That word disordered, disordered self-love or irrational desire. Oh,

and irrational. Desire for self-exaltation. And so it's operative whenever we love ourselves,

more than others, and even more than we love God.

This sin is also manifested whenever we exalt our own wisdom

over and above the church's teachings.

And so, yes, it's a pretty big one.

This is it.
