This episode is all about recovery and hope! Being in recovery is not easy and some may wonder “is recovery ever going to be worth it?” Amy is just starting to feel the shift after 2 years of recovery…so she opened up to Kat DeFatta (today’s guest) about the “hijacked foods” that she now feels okay bringing back into her life (i.e. green juice, lemon water, kale, etc…). Letting go of an eating disorder is never easy…but it’s possible…it takes time and hard work…but it is possible…and recovery (spoiler alert) is worth it.
