We're going to take a look at Patrick Rahmsas. We're coming off the Memorial Day weekend. I hope you guys had a great one. We're going to take a look at how we make him safer. There's one particular player that I think has a big impact on that. That's coming up later in the show. before that, the strengthening of Patrick's game on return from this injury.

chris it's been uh it's been a lot of progress. I know he's made some public appearances of late.

I didn't see anything specific over this weekend, but there's a lot of what feels like

normal progress in what is honestly an atypical offseason for Patrick

Holmes and for the Chiefs. Yeah, normally he'd be in Texas. Maybe not right now, but like at some

point this summer he would have been in during the, you know, the break he would have been in Texas

throwing with the guys. And I don't know if that would have been in April or if that was going to be something they'd do in June. But they always were there throwing. Actually, it was before the draft. So it would have been March or April. I mean, they would have been doing that had he not been injured. So he hasn't had that. It's going to be a little bit different this year, obviously, with the injury and coming back from that. But it does sound like he is getting closer and closer to being, I'm not going to say anywhere near 100%,

but at least back to almost semi-normal for somebody that has been that we didn't think would be having a chance at starting week one.

And now it looks like that may be closer to reality than

not starting week one. Yeah, I agree. And all indications, you have to take it all on the field.

And we're going to talk about OTAs coming up later this week, what Patrick's role be

advising or watching to him or just be in the mean room. We'll find out what that is as we get word

from the team. But in the meantime, I have some insight that's exclusive to this show because nobody

else is able to get the sources that I have, particularly about some of the media aspects of what
