latest data that you look at, in America and around the world. 70 to 80 percent of workers are

unhappy in their work. Now, two main drivers of this. If I were to categorize those into buckets.

Number one, there's no connection to your work at all. You might be good at it, but you don't

love the work and the result of the work doesn't, it doesn't connect to your heart. The other reason

would be just poor leadership. Just poor leadership. We're going to address more and more of that

leadership stuff on the show because I don't want you folks to get confused that if you were in a

toxic environment, which means a bad culture, which is a leadership problem, or you are dealing with

an unhealthy leader that you need to change total direction in life as opposed to changing your

location. So those are the reasons why, but regardless of the reason, I'm out here to help fix that

because you're created to fill a unique role. That means the world needs you to do that role.

Somebody out there needs you to do you. It is your contribution through your work.
