You know, the simple fact that anhydrous has gone up 40% since the war in Iran just began,

let alone diesel to be able to get the crops out of the world, in Montana and beyond.

It is the day after the biggest primary day in 2026 so far,

and we are continuing to stay ahead of the curve. I am going to continue to bring you voices

that you need to know about. Often voices you didn't hear enough about last night, as the national

and local news coverage is usually focused on the Democrats and the Republicans.

But I am going to continue my series that's called Meet the Independent candidates.

I'm going to introduce you, especially to independent veteran candidates who are stepping up to run for public office for offices big and small around the country.

We've got another important leader who has stepped up,

a veteran, an independent veteran, and I'm going to introduce him to you in just a second.

His name is Mike Eisenhower. He's an honorably retired Army Colonel, did 25 years on active duty

as a physician and a health care leader. He got a bronze star for an overseas deployment in Baghdad. He was the

deputy forces surgeon and chief of clinical operations for multinational forces Iraq and the Iraqi

theater of war, which means he was helping treat and care for troops. Very, very important

job. His overseas duties included a year in South Korea. He's a life member of the veterans of

foreign wars. He's also a practicing interventional cardiologist. He's dedicated his life to

helping others. He's focused on service, honor, integrity, personal coverage, all those army

values that you've heard about. He has lived in Wyoming for a few years, then moved to Great Falls, where he lives now.

His son is a structural engineer and mechanical engineer in Great Falls.

And he is now stepping up to run for Congress in Montana's second district.
