Is there any chance at this point that Congress will not abandon Ukraine to the Russians?

On Tuesday, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin vowed that the U.S. will find a way to keep military aid flowing.

But candidly, it's looking grim.

With Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans opposed, it seems unlikely that the House will allow anything like the $60 billion that President

Biden has requested to pass anytime soon. And yet there are faint glimmers of hope. Some Republicans

are reportedly pushing a proposal that would transfer aid to Ukraine in the form of a loan.

And there are some signs that House Speaker Mike Johnson does want something to pass.
