I just want to read

a text message that came in

on the Subaru of New England

text line a little while ago

from a Rhode Island number

which reads 35 years ago today, the Hillman Morning Show made a

$2,500 donation to the new homeless veterans shelter in Boston.

At the time, we were eating grilled cheese for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, donated bread

from wonder, and blocked cheese from the feds, and that shows donation, bought us 150 pounds

of sugar, four 50 pound bags of coffee, and I promised we would never forget and so god bless the warriors that is from

ken smith who 35 years ago remembers all of those who uh made uh whatever size donation wow

and helped them out and so um i wanted to share his thanks, 35 years later.

How do we allow the VA system to be as decrepit as it is?

Terrible. Like driving past the one in JP and then there's one, I've been going to West Roxbury,

there's one right off of the parkway there.
