When I went on holiday to Texas recently, there was really only one thing on my bucket list.

ordered via the Uber app.

And now they're coming to London.

This is one of the things that I thought would be the future when this happened.

But how will these ghost drivers cope with our medieval streets, our soggy weather, and our total

absence of anything resembling a grid system?

And the biggie, can we trust them?
