Rick Noriega, the IT director and director of Universal Services.

It was making almost $300,000 for the county, former state representative,

as a general, a think lieutenant general in the Army,

and he was Adrian Garcia's choice to be the IT director. Adrian doesn't get the clout that Rodney

does at the county because Rodney runs the county. And Rick Noriega is accused of

groping a woman who is the deputy sort of head of the whole operation down there. Well, he said he

didn't do it. And then he was ordered to go to sexual harassment training and he refused.

When he refused, they fired him for not going to the training.

There are some people speculating that they fired him because he supports Whitmire for mayor,

not Sheila Jackson Lee for mayor, and Rodney Ellis and John Whitmire hate each other.

You don't hate anybody as much as they hate each other. And Rodney is running Sheila's

campaign in Sylvester's over there. And so this is creating quite the pitched battle of Democrats.

It doesn't make the news because it's not Democrat Republicans. So they hadn't started

screaming racism, but there will be racism. By October, John Whitmire, a 50-year elected Democrat

will be the most racist white man you've ever heard of, even though all these black elected

officials have supported him for all these years, but he's running against Sheila. And the only

thing they can say is racism. It's going to be very interesting, but that's not why I brought this up.

The reason I brought this up is that Lena Hadalgo was addressing the issue at Commissioner's Court

this week. And she was addressing Rick Noriega supposedly,

Groping a county employee, a high ranking county employee. And Lena Hadalgo said that will not

be tolerated around here, but actually it would be tolerated because even after they supposedly
