Yeah, good morning to you. Good morning to you, sexy beast. Now, are we? How are we

out there? You see, I get slagged off on one podcast for using the sexy word and

I'm straight back into it on the next one because hey, it's up to me. It's what

I want to do. It's my path. And that was a professional segue into what I want

to talk about today because how can I explain this without getting turning off so

many people? Now, over the last six years or so, I've become a Taoist. Now, it's

not a religion. This is the thing I want to get into it, first of all. It's just a

way of living your life. You don't actually have to train to be it. You just have

to say you are one and then start doing the kind of things that they suggest. And the

basis of it all is if life is too hard, you're doing it wrong. If you're not getting the

results that you want, then look at a different way of doing it and spend more time being

with yourself in nature, enjoying the sunshine, being with your family, been working. And

if you've got it the wrong way around and you're spending more time working, then doing

the other things, being basically you're doing things wrong. And this is something that

I've been really interested in over six or seven years. But over the last sort of six
