Dr. Berg talks about Keto (Ketogenic Diet) being too extreme. And that comes from two different concepts, the “Everything in Moderation” and “There is No Bad or Good Food”. Ketogenic Diet is only extreme if you are comparing it to the “SAD” diet or Standard American Diet which has about 350g of carbohydrates per day. Also, Keto (Ketogenic Diet) will sound extreme if you don’t understand dietary sugar and blood sugars.

• 3.4 Trillion Dollars Healthcare per year 

• 60% of the US population is either pre-diabetic or diabetic

Let's talk about that. that really comes from two different concepts one is
