You know, Mike, do you find at all that there's an inherent bias in Judge Hippler in these decisions?

Bill, not at all.

The rules of evidence are designed for civil cases, criminal cases.

They're designed to be used by the prosecution and the defense.

And they are there to, you know, allow for the use of relevant and reliable evidence.

Both sides can take advantage of them.

Both sides are equally affected by them.

So what I think the reason why people think that there is bias is because judge

hipler is making all the right correct uh moves and basing all of his decisions on precedent

and that is good for the criminal justice system and taylor is through an awful lot of stuff

at the wall a lot of stuff at the wall,

a lot of spaghetti at the wall, and nothing is sticking.

And so therefore, it looks like she's losing everything,

but she's losing all of the motions because they're all outrageous

and they're all far reaching and they're not the kind of decisions

that a prudent judge, like Judge Hippler, would make.

Well, Mike, let's just see.

I mean, the 911 call is in.

The death penalty despite the autism spectrum disorder is in, right?

The vehicle, the white Hyundai Alantra, is in, right?

Am I missing anything?

There's at least three things right there that the judge has ruled is in.
