It was a late night last night, so shout out to ComEd for helping us keep the lights on.

As always, it was a late night here at CHGO Bears, two post-game shows back to back last night,

and we are just continuing to roll things along.

So we're back and better than ever,

Corey Wooten just got off work here.

I've been dialing away trying to roll out these clips and all these

hot takes on a hot take Monday. Not a victory Monday, but it certainly has become

somewhat of a victory lap Monday,

Corey, for those that are now feeling a sense of vindication,

whether you're somebody who thought the bears should have never gotten rid of fields or

that you thought you that fields was never the core issue that Justin Fields was burdened by bad play calling and a bad

offensive line and no structure no system no continuity no consistency and now you have the number one pick, a generational

talent as he was dubbed coming in and living the same kind of struggles we

saw with Mitch Trebki and Justin Fields and you even had a guy like Todd McShay I just watched a clip of his where he asked the question he goes,

would this have been how Patrick M. Myomes would have looked if he had been drafted in a Chicago Bears uniform and you know at the end of the day it may be a nauseating conversation for some that we thought was dead and

buried but here it is staring us right in the face and at the end of the day you got to

accept the reality that's right in front of you and right now the bears meet the new bears

Same as the old bears. They got a lot of work to do to clean things up
