Ah, all right, talk to me for a minute.

Do you ever feel overwhelmed?

Do you ever feel like you wish you could clone yourself?

Imagine if there were two of you walking around,

one running the business, one doing the dishes and the laundry,

one ordering all the stuff that you have to order.

Would that be so fun?

Would that be so magical?

Well, it's actually a reality.

You can hire people to help you do anything from ordering dinner to helping you post on social media and as a business

owner I'll tell you what I've got a good staff I do I feel very very blessed but when I first

started I thought hiring was going to kill my business I had so many fears built around hiring. Maybe you feel or felt some of these things too, like I just don't have enough money to pay or if I do pay I could just do the work and make that money. Are they going to do things as good as me?

And so it held me back a lot from hiring.

And it wasn't until my brother came in

and kind of gave me a little brotherly shake and said Allison if you keep trying to do everything

where all the hats you're not going to be able to grow and so it was that moment

where I decided to step back a little bit and really dig into the hiring process.

And as soon as I figured out how to hire and how to hire right, my business exploded. And hiring to me has absolutely

changed my life. Instead of me working thousands of hours a week, which, you know, I'm exaggerating there.

I've been able to get back my life, but yet my business still is growing because my team is executing on things that are executable. I don't have to do everything.

And I'm telling you this story right now because as we went through the fourth quarter and we're going into, we're in 2021 now,
