0.3 or 3.9. That's how much the margin between Clinton and Trump has titans since Friday's FBI news, depending on which polling average you subscribe to.

259, that's the number of electoral votes Donald Trump has if he wins all the Romney states and Florida, Iowa, Ohio, and North Carolina.

And 13 percent, that's the decline in early voting so far by African Americans in North Carolina, a shift that's being seen in Florida and other

key states.
