We have three children, 13 year old, a 10 year old, and a seven year old. Good. Okay, Tyler. What can I help you with?

So we have a situation where we're likely going to be relocating out of state to a city where Marcy's sister is a real estate agent.

We don't know any other real estate agents there. And the family dynamic is she the sister is helpful in terms of giving us some information, looking at some places kind of unofficially just as we as we've been preparing for.

And preparing for this move. My Lema is I do not want to use her as a real estate agent for us. Marcy feels like out of obligation and family duty.

We owe it to her. She's been helpful with some little things so far to have her be our agent. My resume.

I would say he think I don't feel obligated. No, I don't.

I don't know anything. My reservation for not using her is I have frequently been asking her about anything from schools and areas to look to and she's been very helpful. Okay, Marcy as a sister, she's Marcy as a sister, she's been very helpful, but you should not use her or any other family member or close friend as realtor.

Just for the reason that you're closing in on the relationship is closer than it would be with a stranger who's just doing the job.

And both of you would probably feel awkward at times saying no or yes or wants something else or that's going to take a quick time out and then back with the conclusion of this call with all the stresses on families that have taken place over the last few years.
