Another day, another mass shooting in America, this following by one week, the NRA holding

a celebration, basically, that the city of Boulder, which had passed a law saying, no, you

can't have assault weapons in our city, that got struck down because there's a state

law that says you can have anything you want.

And so a federal judge says, sorry, preemption, all that kind of stuff, it's amazing.

So the piece that I published over at HarbinReport.com was about the background of the Second Amendment.

It was not so that everybody can, any paranoid gets a friend of who wants and it appears

that that's what the shooter was, 21 years old, telling his sister and brother that people

were constantly following him and, you know, they're eating a meal and they would look

at their watching me.

This is a clinical mental illness.

What is a mentally ill person doing with a weapon of war?

For that matter, what is anybody in America doing with a weapon of war carrying them around

on our streets?

Is it time to end the Second Amendment or is it time to at least overturn Heller?

Although even with a Heller decision, you can have rules or laws or policy, depending

on, I guess, laws would be the word, let's say no.

You can't have these weapons of mass destruction.

These are weapons of war they belong on the battlefield and we want to have as few battlefields

as possible.

I think there's a consensus about that.
