I bet you didn't expect to see me in your podcast feed this fine day. I have not recorded a podcast

for eight or nine months. I didn't plan it to be this way. I would have formally said goodbye had I known that I would

have been gone for so long, but as I said, it wasn't intentional. I just didn't have as much time

as I used to have. And I also felt like I didn't really have anything important to say. And I've said

many times before that I didn't

want to show up here and just babble about nothing because that's not enjoyable to listen to. I only want

to speak when I have something important to say. And that is what brings us to today's episode.

I was speaking about two different things on my Instagram stories that I became

very passionate about and I had countless requests from you guys to make a podcast episodes

on these particular topics. You just wanted to hear about them in more detail, I guess,

and I armed and art about it. I dusted off the microphone, the editing apps, had to remind

myself how to use everything. And here... So I've been wondering whether or not age is affecting my perception of other people and the way that they choose to present themselves.

Let me explain.
