the defense gives their closing arguments first, followed by the prosecution.

Far different from federal court when the defense gets the final word to the jury pool,

but these people mean business crooked or not. We now

begin the process of jury deliberation. The jury will consider 34 counts which

carry a prison sentence combined of four years if convicted.

It's been a show trial from the very beginning,

one that should have never been brought and never should have gone beyond summary judgment.

If found guilty, President Trump will surely appeal.

But the fact is, every legal mind that's considered at the top of the profession says there

should have been no trial and there should be an outright acquittal.
