I'm excited to dive in today with you about something I've been thinking about and pondering these past few months.

Is it alignment or is it avoidance? Now there has been a movement that I've noticed in the last

year, two years, three years, perhaps it's taken different forms, but it is around ease and laying

in my kind of get-to-do list each day, I'm kind of pushing them back day after day.

1:55.4

And I'm like, oh, what is this? Like, am I being lazy right now? What's the deal? Do I need a rest? Or is this just no

longer in alignment with me? And by the way, these opportunities I need to follow up, they look

2:08.4

great on paper, great people, great potential, visibility, all these things. But every time

2:15.2

I kind of went to do it, it's like something inside me would pause and I'd

want to do something else. So this is how I determine the difference between avoidance versus alignment.

Avoidance feels a bit heavy. It feels almost like this feeling of dread, right? But alignment
