background before we begin. So I started off my career as an investment

banker at Goldman Sachs focused on infrastructure and industrial companies eventually kind of

rotating into the financial institution space and given my background in valuation and understanding

these different dynamics within these companies ended up moving to PIMCO,

where I co-managed global dividend, mutual funds, and separate accounts.

Spent some time at PIMCO, kind of traveling the world, meeting with management teams,

and eventually ended up running U.S. focused dividend funds with true shares, an E ETF issuer in the U.S.

What are industrials? Everyone talks about technology, but no one really talks about

industrials. Those are kind of boring companies, right? What are those all about?

It's interesting because it's one of those spaces. I mean, it's been kind of frustrating to be
