Mostly all about Indiana today, the primaries that were yesterday.

Let us start with our opening segment.

And I don't remember how many phone calls were in this opening segment.

But the first few calls that we got were people from Indiana who were against the redistricting.

So we got into a really great conversation about basically who side are you on, the federal Trump side of you guys didn't do the right thing for the party and for the federal government. And if we lose the house, then it's going to be bad for Indiana too. Or are you on the state side, which was, let's get out of our state. Like, we got it.

We know what we want.

We didn't like these maps.

These maps weren't good for Indiana, so we didn't vote for the mess.

We didn't want the maps. And stop coming in here and throwing your weight around. And we did a 10 listener poll on it. I'll just give you the results. so it was eight to two in favor of the federal side,

but some good arguments on the other side.

And then, so we'll play our opening,

and then we talked to a great guest who we're definitely going to talk to again,

Henry Olson from the Ethics and Public Policy Center,

who did a great job wrapping it all up for us about why this matters and what the ramifications are beyond redistricting and beyond Indiana.

And I'm not bitter about it, just the fact. And there's life after serving in Indiana's Senate.
