Hey there, this is Ari. Welcome back to the show. Before we get into today's episode, I want to let

you know about one of the biggest hidden causes of fatigue that most people never really consider.

And that is nutrient deficiencies. First of all, did you know that your body requires over 30 different vitamins and minerals inadequate or optimal amounts

in order to facilitate energy production.

That's a simple fact.

Now, consider this pretty shocking fact.

Over nine out of 10 people have at least one deficiency in those different

nutrients. Okay. Now, to break it down even further, over 50% of people don't meet the recommended

daily allowances for things like vitamin A, calcium, and

magnesium. And if you look at data on the percentage of the population in the U.S. that are not

So you see things like deficiencies in B vitamins like riboflavin and niacin and thiamin and B12

and B6 are extremely common. Over one in three people or around one in three people are deficient

have folate, which is another B vitamin. Over 75% of the population is not getting adequate levels
