| 1:01.7 | Let's jump right in. Lee, welcome. Thanks for coming on. Thank you for having me. |
| 1:06.7 | So in 2019, you produced a video for Prager You that argues that Harvard University |
| 1:12.8 | systematically discriminates against Asians. And just since that time in the past year alone, |
| 1:19.3 | we've seen these lawsuits against K through 12 schools. So it seems this problem is growing, |
| 1:24.2 | if anything. So first off, what's your involvement in these discrimination cases or groups of cases? |
| 1:30.7 | So I've been involved in fighting anti-Asian discrimination in schools for since probably the early 90s. |
| 1:37.7 | And as far as the Harvard lawsuit itself, I'm not a plaintiff, but I did give the Harvard alumni affidavit in that |
| 1:46.4 | case in favor of the plaintiffs. The organization that was set up to fight discrimination against |
| 1:52.6 | Asian kids in San Francisco schools in the 90s, which is called the Asian American Legal Foundation, |
| 1:57.7 | has been consistently the only Asian American organization, civil rights group, |
| 2:03.2 | that has opposed the use of racial preferences against Asian Americans and opposed discrimination |
| 2:08.2 | against Asian Americans for any reason. We don't think there is a good reason to discriminate |
| 2:13.0 | against Asian Americans or frankly against anybody based on race. And so we have failed amicus proofs since 1994 in almost every single Supreme Court civil rights |
