1:06.7	We've kind of been here before, haven't we, with Manchester City and proposed breaches of things and in the end, it's a fine or the court of appeal overturns it.

1:25.7	It went to the high court of 18 months ago and the City were basically told off by the judge for withholding evidence and being obstructive.
1:31.7	It's taken an awful long time to get here but I think the fact that the Premier League have applied these charges means that they must be confident they can make them stick.
1:38.7	Now, City said in the statement yesterday they have a refusable evidence which will prove their case so and they're basically saying bring it on.
1:45.7	But I do get the sense that the Premier League won't have gone to this length if they didn't feel they could make it stick.
1:50.7	So I think this one's going to be obviously going to be worth once a watch but I don't think it'll be done very quickly.
1:55.7	Now, Gab mentioned yesterday that nothing as you say is going to happen for example this season but for the start of next season we could see it points deduction bug or maybe even relegation.
2:07.7	Yeah, I mean all options on the table so it's points deductions finds relegation I mean expulsion basically means relegation so that could mean back dating you know possible titles being taken off City.
2:18.7	This goes back to 2009 10 so this is you know City have said that they're innocent of the charge but if they are found to be guilty this is like industrial scale isn't it?
2:27.7	I mean this is this is Lanter Armstrong Ben Johnson material because this is so big that if City are found guilty it's so so big.
2:34.7	So if it's such a big situation then everything has to be on the table and that includes taking titles off them.
