Hi, Raj. Welcome to the show. Hey, Kate. It's great to be with you. It's great to see you again. You've had quite the few months, I think, with your work, especially going to Davos and everything that's happened in the last couple of weeks with the government. You've been a busy bee. I think it's probably the busiest I've ever been in my career, believe it or not. I wish it was for good reasons. It's a lot of bad news, but it's probably

the busiest ever. Well, we've worked together a really long time in this nonprofit world of

trying to change the world. And you have been, by my side, as I've launched various philanthropic initiatives

and working with many NGOs. I'd like you first to describe a little bit about why you

started DevX and what DevX actually does. Yeah, I'm happy to. You know, I was in grad school

and this story starts there, as many similar stories do, I think. I wanted to get a job. I was looking for a job in global development. I had spent a little bit of my life in India as a kid. I got to go on some village visits with an aunt and uncle. So I had the bug to want to do good, kind of how you've done in your career. I just felt the need to do

something like that. But I didn't really know how to do it. I didn't know, you know, what were the

jobs that you could go and do. And I'd heard of the World Bank, I'd heard of the UN, the USAID,

but, you know, I really was no expert. And I went to the Career Center. This is a Harvard's government school.

And I asked them and I asked other people who were in the university,

like, how do I get a job in this field of doing good things in poor countries?
