Summary
People have claimed that eating fish is one of the healthiest things you can do. It's good for the heart, it's great for the eyes and is the ultimate brain food. And the fat in fish a modern medical marvel!
But are any of those claims actually true?
On this episode of The Exam Room™, "The Weight Loss Champion" Chuck Carroll is joined by Dr. Neal Barnard who shares what the research really shows about eating seafood. He's going to get to the bottom of everything, including the much hyped Omega 3's.
Then dietician Maggie Neola joins Chuck to share some of her favorite plant-based fish alternatives! It's a reminder that just because you adopt a vegan diet doesn't mean you have to give up the tastes you love!
