Good morning everyone and welcome back to another mornings with the masters. We're

devote ourselves to the Lord, daily with you. Good morning you guys. Good morning indeed and

I'm just going to talk about it. Tori and I are super sick right now. The whole household is sick.

It's the saddest thing that you've ever seen. So we do appreciate your grace and your patience

we may keep this a little bit shorter but more specifically we appreciate your prayer

that we can feel better and get back on rhythm and everything but anyways we're back in our

live on purpose devotional and so Tori's going to take it from here. Yes y'all let's do it.

Today's verse is Romans 8 1 and 2 that says this. Now there is no condemnation for those who belong

to Christ Jesus and because you belong to Him the power of the life-giving spirit has freed you

from the power of sin that leads to death. The devotional is titled keep moving forward.

When we break free from fear the enemy will often try to make us feel ashamed or upset

about the ways we once allowed fear to control us. I've been through that and so have lots of other

people. We let fear keep us from doing something fun. We even let fear keep us from doing something

for God and at the time it seems perfectly reasonable. Author and activist Christine Cain once said

something that I find really relatable. So often we are paralyzed by the fear of missing God's will.

We literally do not move because we are waiting for 10 confirmation. Here's the deal. Most times

you are going to have to step out in faith to find out if it's God. God is big enough to redirect

you if you're wrong. Once we get out from under fears control though we realize we didn't escape

something frightening. We missed out on opportunities to have fun and to serve God. We realize how crazy

fear is and we find ourselves filled with regret over our fear-based decisions. We can even allow

those regrets to hold us back from doing other things. If we're not careful we might stop being a

slave to fear and end up being a slave to shame and regret instead. These are real struggles
