high vibration frequency that we can be in that allows us to make the world better

for us being in it so I do have a good message for today so I can't wait to get

into it but of course before we do that we're gonna take a deep breath so we can

slow down zero in and really enjoy this time together so let's go ahead and take a

deep breath in and hold it and out.
