about eating for health, but the publisher really wanted fasting to be number one in the title because there were no books out about fasting. They wanted to make it unique and they wanted to be it searchable in the, you know, in libraries and things. So it's called fasting and eating for health because it had to do with eating healthy, but also about fasting as well.
