1:17.5	So there's a new opportunity now.
1:19.2	New opportunity.
1:20.0	So I started reaching out to my contacts like, hey, I'm looking at this space.
1:24.5	I want to do this.
1:26.5	And because of those relationships I had form,
1:29.9	it was like, yeah, come on. Got it. Yeah. Got it. So inevitably you grab this space. Yes.
1:36.7	The storage space. How many acres? 10.65 acres. How do you finance that?
1:43.1	It's actually through the Canterland County Industrial Authority.
1:46.3	Okay.
1:46.6	So whenever you come into a space like that, and you are bringing jobs and growth to that county,
