we've ever done. But let's, let's make it a bit longer. Tell us a little bit about who are you?

What has been your journey through life? How do you find yourself sitting here talking to

two very problematic people like us? Yeah, you mean two bigots. Yeah. Let me start with something

else first. So I, and don't take this the wrong way, guys. I am just stunned that it takes a

Jewish kid from Russia and a half Venezuelan Brit to have what I consider to be one of the most

substantive podcasts anywhere. You are the interesting, serious Joe Rogan's and you keep me saying

guys. So God bless both of you. It's very kind. Thanks, Seb. That is very, very concept. And being

a British person, that was a compliment. And I really don't know how to deal with it apart from

offer a kind of thinly veiled insult. Oh, but you're going to turn them back to drink at this

race. Yeah, exactly. On top of that, on top of that, I do not, having grown up in the UK, knowing

the relationship, the Brits have to alcohol. And I know it's been a tough year under COVID.

So I don't encourage more drinking, but I have to say the recent rule that you guys did

languid was hilarious, even funnier than usual. And I do think, I do think, FF, you should write

that book that Keto is for slags. That should be written. All right. So you realize this is going
