Hello and welcome to the Americano podcast, a series of discussions about American politics and now the Joe Biden presidency.

0:15.0

We will be looking at how a 78-year-old president will change America,

0:25.5

and we'll be asking if normalcy, which is what he promised to bring,

I'm joined today by the Spectators Washington editor, Amber Athe,

0:41.3

and the Spectator's managing editor, Matt McDonald. And they are both in Florida,

1:35.9

1:42.0

perfect. And there's so much to do here compared to National Harbor.

1:46.7

I'm amazed that there are still people who live in the Northeastern United States,

1:50.6

because it is staggering how much better it is being down here than being in DC or New York.

1:56.0

Not that I'm trying to make you jealous, but it is amazing.

1:59.0

I have a friend from New York who's actually kind of liberal,

2:02.7

and he even came down to Orlando to live here temporarily in an Airbnb, and him and his girlfriend
