Kobe Bryant was absolutely amazing.

What was great about him is that dude obsessed over basketball.

He prepared in a way that most athletes just simply would not prepare.

And that's why he played, I think he played for close to 20 years, wasn't it?

I have no idea.

I think he played almost close to 20 years.

And it's like he lived and breathed and obsessed over basketball in much the same way that

Tom Brady does.

And that's why when you see people that

obsess over things that they love and they're passionate about and they stand out above everybody

else, that's why they get noticed. That's why they earn the money that they earn because they're

willing to do the things that the average person is simply not willing to do. Most people, I think Jim Moran also said this, most people major and minor

things. Most people are just average. And so if you can discipline yourself to try to get a little

bit better each and every day, learn a little bit more, read a few more books, one or two books

a month, after a few years,

you're going to be way ahead of your competition. And when people talk to you, they'll recognize

that you're wise and you understand things on a level that most people don't understand.
