first started in real estate, I wish somebody broke down step-by-step the

entire process of a subject two deal. That's what we're going to be doing for you

today. Timeline and the process of a subject-to two deal. Here's what you should expect. Step one,

all the way through step seven. You want to stay to the end because here's the thing.

I'm going to show you how you get paid up front by putting a subject two deal in your

And I see a lot of people go, can I get a copy of a contract? You really don't need a copy of a contract. I know that that is just like demystifying for a lot of people, but the place that

you start is you have to generate leads. And another way to say the word lead is say opportunity.
