This is Felton Mass.

0:10.2

Stupid, my God.

0:11.8

Oh, that's stupid by Traff King's Sportsbook on 985, the Sports Hub.

0:18.3

So I wanted to start by asking you about something I've noticed the last couple games on negative plays.

0:24.7

Putting you guys in tough positions, right?

0:26.9

You don't want to be in second and 12, third and 13.

0:30.5

What are you seeing in terms of the volume of those plays and what can be done to sort of stay on schedule?

1:13.6

Well, I'm exactly talking about, you know, staying on track is a big part of being successful. Everyone talks about third down percentage. And really that comes into early down success. And, you know, it really comes down to each place, its own life and history. But it comes down to the execution. It comes down to, you know, being the right place, the right time, having the guys in the right call, give them a chance to succeed. So everyone's got a hand in that. And, you know, when you go back on a week like this, and we're always doing Self-Skout, on a week like this where you can really take a deep dive and look back to the entirety of the season and what's gone well and what hasn't and where you really want to identify problems, you know, you kind of boys on some common denominators, which I'm not going to go into entirely right here, but you're able to address with a team of, hey, listen, these are the two to three things that we have to do collectively to make sure that we stay on track and we stay ahead. And, you know, look, overall as an offense, we can stay on track. We move the ball pretty well. I'd say about as well as anybody. So we got to make sure that we don't set ourselves back in these drives. We get in the position to go ahead and push it on through the right area and slow ourselves down. Do you think that's a fair analysis just the last couple weeks in terms of the volume of negative play is like higher than they have been in the past well i think it is what is i think

1:45.2

we just look at the pure numbers that you can make that argument you know we're more focused on going

1:49.1

forward so we took the entirety of the season of looking you know what everything that's happened

1:53.2

and then trying to go ahead and correct it going forward so math that's as close as we got to what

2:00.4

to an admission that they they suck we're not where we want to be. Right. And he said, when he said, well, it is what it is. It is what it is, is as close as they could bring themselves. Yeah. I give Judge credit for that answer because that was an, he didn't fight the information from Reese. Reese was asking it all day.

2:18.6

He asked Patricia.

2:19.6

He asked Judge.

2:21.5

And then he got midway through Judge's answer.

2:29.1

He's like, again, and he didn't say the number, but is 24 negative plays the last two weeks where you want to be? Is that a good?

2:31.0

Can you comment on what is happening to you now?

2:35.4

Well, we're just looking for it. But there he gave you is what it is which is as close as you got but they just can't bring themselves

2:40.0

to verbalize that they're not where they want to be here's how it went with patricia do you have uh

2:45.4

i'm sorry jimmy i meant to tell you the uh i can't remember the number but mike asked patricia
