he started to giggle and laugh and he has that drugged up look in his eyes.

Now, there is stuff they inject him with to wake him up for these things.

And the problem is every one of these things, he gets up there,

and the basic attitude is everything's great, everything's fine.

If it's so fine, why is this the fourth time you've run back from your vacation to do damage control in this one week vacation?

Four times, literally four times he's run back to the White House for damage control.

That's how fine everything is.
