situations, and yet all of them and me included, and you included, who listen, but don't call,

we're all united by one common thread. That is, we want to help others. We want to make a difference.

And so we ask the question, why am I here? We all ask it. The answer is to fill a unique role.

And we're going to focus the conversation on the work contribution. You will contribute

relationally, you will contribute spiritually, you will contribute professionally. I think those

are your three major areas where we all have a contribution to make. Now we'll touch on the

relational in the spiritual, but we're going to focus on your work. You are created to work,

to contribute. What is your role? I believe everybody has a primary role and it can be

filled in multiple jobs and career paths. That should free you up. It's not the silver bullet.

Oh, how do I know if I picked the right thing? No, you have to worry about that.
