Yeah, those weekends, they go by pretty quick, don't they? Good night. Seems like the weekends just go faster and faster. Vacations are a few and far between.

Those go by pretty quick too. I mean next thing you know I'm going to be dead.

Yeah it happens dead. You know, I was doing fine and then I got old and died.

Is that the way of life? It's that whole circle of life thing that Simba talked about.

all right, you're listening to fighting for the faith.

I am Chris Roseboro and I am your servant in Christ and we dish

up a daily dose of biblical discernment here on fighting for the faith. The goal of

which is to basically take a look at all the things being said in the name of Christianity

out there in America today. Compare it to the word of God and ask the very

simple basic question is what you're hearing true biblical Christianity. Now in some cases what you hear is is

so-so and some stuff is pretty good and some stuff is great and then he got the

downright awful and so we on a daily basis kind of pick and choose.

We're going to pick from the awful bin, we're going to pick from the so-so bin.

But the goal of all of this stuff is not just to sit here and complain about the stuff

that you're hearing that's going on, it's to compare it to the word of God so that you can say,

ah, ha ha, that's what the Bible really teaches. So, I mean that's really the goal of the show.

So, we've got a good program lined up for you today and looking forward to diving right into it.

By all intents and purposes, if you believe all the polls and what's going on in the media

then Barack Obama is going to be our next president.
