Good morning everyone and welcome back to another morning with the masters where we devote

ourselves to the Lord daily with you.

Good morning, you guys.

We are picking up with a new devotion on the Bible app called Ancius for Nothing and there's

a link to that in the description if you guys want to follow along with us and as always

I'm going to read the scripture and then Tori's going to read the Devo.

Let's do it.

The scripture is 2nd Thessalonians chapter 3 verse 16 and it says this.

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you his peace at all times and in every situation

the Lord be with you all.

The devotional is titled On the Run.

Living with anxiety feels a lot like living on the run except you're running away from

your own life.

Like settles in your chest as you try to desperately escape to a safe place that seems just out

of reach.

Worry swirl around in your head at the speed that makes it hard to breathe and fear

wells up causing indecision and self doubt.

Sound familiar?

There's a constant pressure never to shut off your life.

Emails never stop notifications pile up on our phones and let's not forget the comparison

trap social media brings.

So how do we live with that?
