So could vice president Kamala Harris follow Richard Nixon and challenge the filibuster?

How the filibuster is not in the constitution, his only purpose way back was to block

discussion of legislation that involves slavery or civil rights.

And what Richard Nixon did to change the filibuster when he was vice president, not when he was
