That is our entire philosophy. It's about you and you have the answers. You may not believe that you

have the answers, but I promise you that you do give me a chance to uncover them. We're going to

look at what you do best, talent. Things that you've just always done well, they've come easy to you.

What you love to do most, this is passion. Now, here's what I know from talking to you all

and working with others before we even started the show. Passion seems to be the

side of ourselves that we many times get locked up with. It's usually because we're trying to

figure out how to turn that into money. That is the natural progression and you'll get there,

but it's the combination of talent, passion that leads to significance, which allows money to just

follow it. You do something that you love with your talents. You're going to make plenty of money.

You just are. Now, before we go on, it's very important to point out here that when I say that you're

going to make plenty of money, it'll be enough for you. We know that teachers are one of the

largest groups of millionaires in the country, not because of their salary,

but because they love what they do and because they love what they do, they live on less than they

make and they become millionaires over time, saving and investing. So it is significance that is the

ultimate defining factor of success, not money, significance. Money is a byproduct of significance.
