One billion people globally will lose their job to AI over the next decade, making 375

million jobs obsolete forever, according to new estimates.

In the United States alone, 45 million Americans are expected to lose their job to AI automation.

That is a quarter of the entire working population right now.

Go down your company or chart, and cross out one out of every four people, gone forever.

And the pandemic only accelerated this mass extinction.

Over two years, 42% of jobs were replaced by technology.

And once the switch from people to tech was made, it stuck.

Consumers got used to it and businesses figured out, hey, tech doesn't get sick, it doesn't

complain, and it doesn't gossip in the hallways.

Oh, and it costs less than those dysfunctional humanoids.

Oh, and I might add the apocalyptic prediction of robots taking over.

It used to focus only on manual and repetitive blue collar jobs.

But now, with AI, artificial intelligence, mixed with big data and automation, it is now

the highly educated and highly paid knowledge workers that will be most impacted by the new

AI tech.

In other words, people like you or people like you employ.

Robert Maxson from the Brookings Institute states clearly, he says, quote, there are really

no workers in the U.S. economy that are going to escape Scott Free from emerging technologies.
