Hey everyone, you're listening to girls no filter and this is Jess. I'm here with my best is Kelly and Gabby.

Hi how are we all this week? We're all alright yeah we're good still standing we've got quite an interesting subject to discuss this week actually. It's very relatable, so girls listen in.

Basically, it's about, is 30 the new 20? Now, there's a lot of discussion that we've got here on that. We've got a few

articles and this is going to include a very special guest, one of my very dear friends

Lydia Bright.

Obviously she's on tower with me.

We're really close, good friends.

Our moms are good friends.

And I can't wait to hear her opinions.

And it'll be quite nice because obviously we're in our early 30s

she's in her late 20s she's 28 so yeah. What's been happening Gab what how was your day today?

It was good I've had a bit of an enlightening week this week. So I'm reading a book which is called

The Life Changing Magic of Not Giving a Fuck. Yeah, I've got it. You've got it.

You've got it. Kelve you read it. Not ready. It's one of the books that's sitting there read

read out of all of us yes and yes and yes and I have a lovely collection that

just gathering dust yeah so I'm trying to give a fuck less about my actions and how they impact other people.
