You know, I like to be fit and healthy, so the best way I know is to just get out there and run.

Running was an outlet for me to, I guess, feel good about myself and take out some of the angers that were going on in my life.

Sonio Sullivan is going to take the world title back to Ireland.

Week one of the Irishman running abroad half marathon

challenge with Sonia O'Sullivan as she coaches us all towards the half marathon distance.

And for some of you, an actual race, the Antrim Coast half marathon on August 28th. Really easy

to register. Just go to their website and maybe you can

join us all there. Today Sonia joins me to talk about and to break down the week one plan she

has devised. Explain the theory behind it and let's be honest the terminology within it.

We've assembled a squad of nearly 20 athletes who we

will reach out to at different points in the process and our team captains, Neil Fuscove in

Wicklow and Aschling de Maison in France will jump on the lifeline later on. As usual, we'll pop

around the parishes to see what you've been running this weekend and we'll have have Sonia's tip of the week and much as much crack as possible along the way.
