You know, I like to be fit and healthy, so the best way I know is to just get out there and run.

you know you get bored if you go out for long run and there's nothing to look forward to so

i think if you start off nice and needy and then you get moving in the middle and then uh ease back again

sometimes it well sometimes you hope that it will um help the past the pass the time to pass a bit better.

And yeah, it really is just, I mean, because the thing is when you're running a half marathon,

you're actually out there for a long time.

So it's two times 10K plus extra.

So it's a long time out on the road, four times five k, four car runs, a little bit extra.

So you have to get used to, I suppose, a little bit of hardship on the long run and just trying to work out what your pace will be.
